This is a game with amazing potential and I have to say you’ve already created quite a lot of features for a demo/in-development game and that you have created a possible way to popularize this within such a niche community and I appreciate that you’ve taken time to polish such a game.
Here’s some additional possible ideas/suggestions:
Berserker Class: High attack/Low Health, High Endurance, No Magic.
Varying abilities:
Great Swing: Causes a stun based on your endurance:
Full: High Chance: 80 - 90%
Half: Half (Simple): 50 - 60%
Low: Low Chance: 30 - 40%
Counter Blow: Counters an enemy that attacks first, Reducing dmg.
Two-handed Strike: Is a slow attack and causes heavy damage.
Rejuvination: (Instead of heal)
This class rejuvenates via through lowering endurance, but if they’re too low this action immediately breaks their water and does alot of damage.
Choosing on who we face in the Rank-Up battles.
They give us a list of opponents to face or have faced before, Tini or maybe Roze, Veteran or new people.
Using up mutiple stones at once.
This is where four classes work.
Like Warrior + Mage/Archer + Mage.
But it doesn’t work with Beserker.
Or Beserker + Archer/Beserker + Warrior.
But doesn’t work with Archer .
Or Archer + Warriors/Archer + Mage)
Maybe Warrior + Something else.
Some can combine or others don’t.
They can cover weaknesses or create other weaknesses we need to cover.
Mutiple pregnancies, Denial or Forced Births based on the situation like if you labor in the 5th floor of the dungeon or get damaged to much it causes different labors.
You characters can retain labor if they end on a stalemate.
Like if you break Tini’s water while Fey’s does too you have a stalemate.
So if you leave the battle the labor still progresses and you fall over.
Sorceress Class:
Difference from Mages is that they have more endurance and deal a very significant amount of damage.
And they can worsen or hasten births. Maybe force them out.
Abilities:
Void Trap: A ball made of darkness, surrounds the opponent and deals dmg over time and heals based of health.
Thunderbeam: A beam of bright light that does a significant amount of dmg at the cost of alot of endurance. (Approximately 40 END)
Cyclone: A swirl of heavy wind which can cause stun depending on health.
You can give birth at any point by using the skill in the menu but the things is how? Erotic, Painful or Denial.
You can also have companions and summons which you can impregnante it’s just you decided whether it comes out or not.
Beyond that I enjoy the game, I wish you the best on the passion you have over this game.
I just want you to take your time and effort that you deserve for a passion that you love.
I’m here patiently waiting for what’s to come from your fingers.
Hope to see more updates as this game has a decent basis. A few more polishing mechanics mentioned in the news update would help solidify it's content. One mechanic bug that doesn't help you is the enemies don't chase you, and if you escape they disappear. I feel the dungeon needs some wall blocks that require a stat check via mage stone or warrior stone, or requires no stone and provides one, etc...
Would be neat to have a character progression system-I know there's preg level 1, 2 but there could be some steps in-between as you gain xp and your belly could grow. Or there could be some kind of body growth that affects your stats you could pick, like larger belly means more hp but slower (warrior), larger breasts more endurance(mage) , toned/buff body quicker but lower hp (archer). Could be either upgradable from stat point system to pick and choose strengths, or gain those stats via birthing from a specific stone. Maybe it could be tied into overdue bellies that you could spend excess xp into those stats/character art updates but a birth would still progress the game faster. (perhaps make progressively overdue bellies that your endurance/health is reduced the longer you keep the baby after preg2 as a way to show you need to birth to progress)
Updated UI to show xp/lvl/stat points, anything to show current progression. Updated transition screens to avoid flash bangs when casting spells or aggroing enemies.
Day/night cycle I hope to see unique enemies or mechanics from the system. Could be simple like enemies are more aggressive (chases you from further distances) or new difficult enemies spawn. Or at the very least since HP/End refresh after each battle that the longer you spend in the dungeon the more tired(weaker) you are forcing you to play a certain way. Maybe magic of the dungeon slowly forces your body to birth meaning leaving is a safer option over diving deeper into it.
I love the character art and hope to see it expand with preg3, more clothes/weapons. It would also be neat if there was an unlock system where you could pick and chose cosmetic armor/weapons after unlocking it for the first time like once doing mage stone you get the robe-unless it's not the direction you want to go.
Any plans to add randomized traps that affect the MC? Could affect body cosmetically positively like belly/breast growth spurt (would work great with CG progression), or negatively causing the MC's body to begin birthing or spontaneous lactation and in battles a slow drain on endurance.
good game! It's a pity that it's so short but it's so cool!!! I would even watch such an anime! because I really liked such a short and understandable story!
the gameplay loop is to use a warrior or mage stone then go into the dungeon and fight the monsters in there until you get to pregnancy level 3 then give birth to increase your stats with the clinic giving the best boosts and then repeat until you are strong enough to win the rank up fight which requires you to be at pregnancy level 3. Take on quests to get more gold and then get info on enemies or buy better gear to make fights easier. However remember that you need 500 gold on top of a few other items to make more stones at the blacksmith.
You have to craft a Spirit Stone in the Blacksmith in order to become pregnant. You'll need to slay some monsters in the dungeon first to get stone shards and the other item drops. Then you go to the backsmith to craft a stone and then you have to use the stone from your Item menu.

Try to extract the actual file and separate it from the .zip file.
All the files not just the .exe file.

I think there's a bug where buying mage gives you warrior stones? Not sure if it is.
loved the game just have a two suggestions that you could take in consideration if you plan to keep working on the game so here we go
first enemy healt bars would be nice
and secondly a lv3 bigger belly and multiple pregnancies with diferent belly sizes
I dont understand how getting pregnant work. I cant use fey shard. I managed to get pregnant once outside of tutorial, but i have no clue how
