I get the excitement, but making a browser game isn’t something that happens overnight. It takes a lot of time and effort, so I think we should give the dev space to work at their own pace.
Itch.io downloads should still work, so if the link’s leading to a dead end, it honestly might be a browser or device issue. If you let me know what you’re using and where exactly it stops when you try to download I could try to help you if you want. I'm no dev but I can try to see what the problem is, I'm kinda good when it comes to this stuff.
Hmm that’s strange, the download link on itch.io should take you straight to the file. Sometimes it won’t start if your browser blocks pop ups or if you’re not logged into itch.io. You could try a different browser or make sure you’re logged in? If it still gets stuck, maybe drop a message on the game’s main page so the dev can see it directly.
Would you be more open to adding more sexual elements (masturbation, sex, etc.)? What about more extreme elements like belly slapping, hitting or squishing during birth scenes? (I know these are already implied in the battles but I'm referring to something more graphic)

A part me think loserishome taking a break and is working on a new game for Preggo Game Jam #3. Can't confirm, but lot of people that made games for 1st one also made games for the 2nd one. So it's reasonable to believe that'll happen again.
I hope to play the next update of this game soon, or Birth Story, because I'm dying of thirst—I want to play it as soon as possible...💀 But even so, I want the game to be the best it can be, and that takes time... I'll keep waiting.
What's the plan added things for the next update? New facilities? New ways to work out? More things to do in the dungeon? Love to get a hint of what's to come.
Would be cool if the rank-up battle win births were more unique. Would be a good opportunity for stuff like your opponent birthing multiples or breech births (since they're scripted)
Gameplay and story segregation problem: it's said Alea has a birthing fetish that will make her waste turns when she sees someone birthing. However, this cannot be seen normally because Alea does not have any MP reduction attacks.
BUG; If you get the a Colletion mission: and you hunt whatever they ask you, you will have completed every mision they give you, in others words, Infinite Money

Because the download instructions just lead to a dead end and don’t allow me to actually download the game.

Has this project been abandoned? It looks like it hasn't been updated in a long time.
They’re never really abandoned they just take a really long time to come out with a new update. So I’m sure there will be another one at some point.
